What to include

To help us sort it out quickly, tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If a video failed, include the reference shown on the error message. A screenshot or the time it happened helps too.

Common requests

• A video failed. A shot that fails is retried once for free, and if it fails again, or the model refuses the photos, the credits come back to your balance automatically. Write to us if they didn’t.
• I’m not happy with my video. Email us about the finished video and we refund the payment in money to your original payment method.
• Credits and payments. Packs are one-time payments through Stripe, and credits never expire. Ask us about any order or charge.
• Privacy and deletion. Ask us to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account.
• Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with Tiny Desk AI uses your image without your permission, email us the details and we’ll review it.

Tiny Desk AI is an independent, fan-made tool and isn’t affiliated with NPR, NPR Music, the Tiny Desk Concerts series, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band, so we can’t pass messages on to them.
